Chicken (Breasts, Thighs, Or Legs)
1 C Rice
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup
1 Can Chopped Mushrooms, with liquid
Butter
Salt
1 C Rice
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup
1 Can Chopped Mushrooms, with liquid

Butter large casserole dish.
Sprinkle uncooked rice into dish.
Mix both soups, one scant teaspoon of salt, 1 1/2 cans of water, and
one can of mushrooms with liquid.
Pour mixture over raw rice.
Dip chicken into melted butter, salt pieces lightly, and place on top
of soups.
Bake at 275° for 2 1/2 hours.
Chicken browns nicely and rice puffs up around it.
